There really is no doubt that the HID lights are becoming very attractive in the automotive industry. Ask most owners of luxury cars and is one of the things which have included in his "buy" list. In fact, these teams have slowly become a household name in the industry – thanks to the perfect combination of style and security is becoming known.
However, a question that most drivers ask is how easy it can be installed HID lights. Actually, is as easy as changing a light bulb semi-complex and sophisticated. What you need is a semblance of common sense, two hands at work, an instruction guide that comes with the HID kit you purchased and a little trial and error sometimes.
Before starting the installation of HID lights, make sure the computers are installed in their respective holes. This will prevent possible mishaps during the assembly process, as the screws could be unpredictable at an angle, which consequently makes it much harder to turn and install the screws later. Immediately installation in your home can prevent these problems ruin your day.
Now what they have done the screws, the first step in installing HID lights is to remove the negative battery cable. Remove the top cover the lighthouse, and manually position the door in the middle position to remove it. For manual override button on the inside corner of each headlight, and raise it to bezels and remove the top cover easily. Then remove the whole headlight using 10 mm socket and ratchet, and once you have removed the assembly, use a sharp blade to score the aluminum lighthouse. Once the headlight assembly is out of the way, slash the aluminum cube with a razor headlight well. The ribs scored must be removed to install the new HID headlamps assembly.
Then get your rib aluminum and break it. After doing the first headlight bucket , boosting its screw clamps to burn the aluminum to make sure the edges are a clean cut. Run the knife again if aluminum does not break on his first try. After this, use a piece of double sided tape to fix the ballast for internal defense and strengthen the ballast by the addition of screws. Do not cover the serial number on the rear in case you need to replace your burden. Also, make sure the whole headlight adjustment smoothly going on either rib cut aluminum.
After you've done that, put the screws to reach around the sides of the cube of the headlights. Be sure to put some soft cloths or blankets around the hood and bumper to avoid falling pieces to rub or scratch the lamp box in the paint.
Now you can install the screws to firmly hold the ballast in the interior defense. Do not apply excessive force to put screws in place because the internal defense is light and prone to breakage. Once all screws are placed, insurance carefully. Be very careful in this process, too. The screws can be cut in the plastic and break the plastic mounting ears.
Now loosen the coolant tank and remove the cover from the battery to the route of the wiring from under the battery tray. The battery saver will come out easily. Just push the plastic pin along the edge of the windshield to remove it. Then attach the wire harness folded in place using cable ties. Make sure you careful around the hood hinges, as the wiring may be cut if it is left latch.
Once all the cables are in place, connect them to the ballast. However, make sure you install correctly colored wires – battery and ground supply wires to the ballast must be installed with the red wire inside with interior defense and the black wire out.
Then, crimp wire connectors together. Then, connect and tighten the battery cables for asparagus in the fuse panel. Pay attention to the placement of the terminals so that the plastic cover can be reinstalled.
After this, connect and tighten the screws carefully later. Once tightened, manually turn the lights down in position to put in their proper location. A way to make sure it is properly positioned across Wiggles. The golden rule is that when you wiggle, then you have to adjust again.
Now, run the wiring in the reservoir by removing the cooling tank. No need to remove the coolant hoses when the screws are already eliminated. As you can see, the cable negative battery is still cut off, so do the final wiring connections on the ground stud framework. The black wires are joined here, and then the protective battery that previously took sits on top of the stud.
By the way, when you are doing the wiring, refer to the instructions provided by the company. You can find some wire connectors have wires missing headlights. Do not panic. This is quite normal in most products. And also, you can prevent a short circuit, remembering to connect the individual wires and putting the boot forever. Use a flange understood outside the path of light during the opening and closure.
There you have it. Do not take a rocket science to use HID lamps. Just follow these steps and soon you will enjoy the benefits have these lights installed in your vehicle.
